This course will teach you all the principles of HiiT training and equip you with the skills to incorporate HiiT training into your current service offering or offer HiiT training boot camp classes. HiiT Training is a popular way of training athletes, as it emphasises the body’s natural ability to move.

Gain insight on how to structure a variety of HiiT Training programmes, using all of the above, including: Tabata routines, hard, harder, hardest routines, Little method, Fartlek method and MITT method. The routines will empower the instructor to create fun, interactive, group training sessions which will keep your clients on their toes and wanting more.


This course has been designed for personal trainers and fitness instructors to create challenging strength and fat-burning sessions for their clients in a bootcamp environment. You will learn functional and high-intensity movements and exercises that can be incorporated into traditional weight training and cardio programmes or offered in a boot camp class format.


Indoor cycling (commonly known as spinning) is a group exercise class that takes place on a stationary indoor bike and focuses on endurance, strength, interval and high intensity training, as well as cycling race simulations and recovery. It is becoming increasingly popular as a preferred method of training and the demand for spinning instructors, as a result, is very high.

Level 1 of this course will provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to work as an effective Studio Cycle Instructor.

Level 2 of the course is a “Back to Basics” reminder of level 1 for those who need it. It also goes into more detail regarding communication, instructor etiquette, music do’s and don’ts and safety tips.

Combine both levels and become the best studio cycle instructor you can be!

All students will need to log 15 experiential hours in order to qualify as an Studio Cycle Instructor. These hours are an invaluable asset to the student as they offer firsthand experience, with industry professionals, in learning the practical skills required to work in the industry.

This course will improve your knowledge of common injuries, teaching you about the effects of muscle imbalances and how to identify them through functional testing, as well as how to design programmes to prevent them from developing. Lastly, it includes who to refer clients to when injuries persist.


Posture refers to the way in which body parts are arranged in relation to each other. Good posture is key to allowing the human body to function optimally, while bad posture can lead to serious pain and discomfort. This course allows you to perform functional analyses and administer safe exercise to prevent injury.
