This is a practical, fun and versatile course that will allow you to give group fitness classes in a high-energy atmosphere. It covers the fundamentals of group fitness instruction including exercise and dance moves, music selection, choreography and teaching methods.

This series has been designed for personal trainers and fitness instructors to create challenging strength and fat-burning sessions for their clients by equipping them with the tools to create advanced training programmes that include HiiT training, Bootcamp and Olympic lifting. You will learn functional and high-intensity movements and strength exercises that can be incorporated into traditional weight training and cardio programmes. Enhance your skill set and increase your clientele.
