Course overview

For sport where quick feet, fast reaction times and excellent balance and coordination is required, speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) training can help athletes reach the top of their game. This course delves into the science behind SAQ training. You will learn drills and training methods that can be used independently or integrated into current training programmes to improve speed, change of direction and reaction time and, ultimately, enhance overall sport performance.
